Safe Plate Consulting provides consulting, preparation, and compliance support services. Our services are advisory in nature, are not legal advice, and are not a substitute for the authority of any regulatory body. Final approvals, licenses, certifications, permits, and inspection outcomes are issued solely by the applicable regulatory authorities.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee agency approval, inspection passage, certification, or any specific regulatory outcome. We are not "FDA certified," and we do not guarantee that any inspection will be passed or that any application will be approved.
No Affiliation with Regulatory Bodies
Safe Plate Consulting is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of the FDA, USDA, NSF, EcoSure, UIC, or any state or local health department unless expressly stated. All official assessments, scores, certifications, and approvals are issued solely by the respective organizations.
Responsibility for Compliance
Manufacturers and operators remain responsible for the accuracy of their labels and for maintaining regulatory compliance. Safe Plate Consulting supports preparation and coordination; it does not assume the operator's legal responsibilities.
Kitchen Automation Services
Kitchen-automation services are vendor-neutral operational and food-safety consulting. Safe Plate Consulting does not manufacture, engineer, install, repair, list, or certify equipment. Equipment selection and use remain subject to manufacturer specifications, qualified design and installation professionals, site conditions, and applicable regulatory approval.

Safe Plate Consulting LLC was formed on September 4, 2026.
Online Shop Status
The online equipment shop is currently provided for product browsing only. Ordering is paused while inventory, fulfillment, shipping, return, and cancellation terms are finalized. No order is accepted unless checkout is enabled and payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe Plate Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
